Good luck. Love the 777. We joked that we traveled the same mileage in 12 months as on one long flight to Asia in 12 hours... If of any help about the less technical side of the Great Loop, here's a piece we wrote for PassageMaker after completing the Great Loop in 2011. And another piece for them we wrote about the Great Loop re a memorable passage we made across a little corner of the Gulf of Mexico. Others have written more and better stuff.
