Hello Gators,Here are the tentative plans for this week's potential outdoor workouts (Wednesday Tri Swim classes will also take place as usual).  The weather forecast includes some potential rain/thunderstorms possibilities, so stay tuned to Facebook and e-mail for late updates.  If you do not hear from us, you can assume the schedule will be as follows...Tuesday, 5/19, 6:15pm-7:45pm (TONIGHT): Will include a 45 minute group cycling ride (possibly including the Audubon loop we did last week followed by repeats on the SRT) followed by 30 minutes running.  Michelle will lead the workout and provide instructions at the start... Plan to arrive in time to be ready for a prompt 6:15pm start.  Also, Maribeth will be leading another spectacular Yoga for Triathletes session starting at 8:30pm at the Y (upstairs room in the middle of the track)... You will have enough time between the bike/run and yoga to make both.Thursday, 5/21, 6:00pm start: We're thinking about trying something new this Thursday and participating in the Suburban Cyclists Unlimited's group ride that starts/ends at the Appalachian Brewing Company in Collegeville.  The ride includes multiple pace levels including an 11-13MPH group and a 14-16MPH group (may have additional faster pace groups depending on turnout).  Byron will lead the ride and will communicate final details prior to Thursday.  Here is a link to SCU's webpage on this ride (this is the same group  that ran the Quad County Metric ride in which a number of us participated)... http://www.meetup.com/Suburban-Cyclists-Unlimited-Meetup/events/222133302/Memorial Day Weekend: The positive responses to our survey were fairly light, so we are going to adjust the proposed schedule a bit... We are going to proceed with Blue Marsh on Saturday morning and a French Creek bike ride on Sunday morning.  Sunday late afternoon/evening and Monday are still a bit up in the air (good possibility we will proceed with a Sunday night new Phoenixville SRT run followed by some sort of get together in downtown Phoenixville plus we're trying to work in another OWS for Monday)... Stay tuned for an update in the next couple of days!  Here are the details for Saturday and Sunday mornings...Saturday, 5/23, 8:30am start: Blue Marsh open water swim followed by cycling and/or running led by Don M; contact Don if you need directions.  Details...8:00am-8:30am: Arrive at Blue Marsh, prep for wetsuit OWS8:30am-9:15am: OWS... We'll swim laps in between the swim area buoys and the "No Boats" buoys (same location as usual)... Depending on the route you take, this is between a 175-200 yd half circle (350-400 yds for a complete loop) or a 450-500 yd half circle (900-1,000 yd loop).9:30am-up to 1:30pm: Cycling loops... 17.5 mile hilly loop.  Each loop will take approx. 1:15... You can jump out whenever you like... The max duration will be 4 hours and approx. 3 loops. After OWS or cycling: 30-45 minute run... HR Zone 2 pace (approx a 4-5 out of 10 on your "perceived effort" scale).Sunday, 5/24, 7:30am start: French Creek cycling, 1:30-2:00 duration.  Please arrive in time for a prompt 7:30am departure at the parking lot on Shed Rd. near the intersection with Park Rd; here's a link to directions from the Y to this parking lot (approx. 30 minute drive)... https://www.google.com/maps/dir/Spring+Valley+YMCA,+West+Linfield-Trappe+Road,+Royersford,+PA/40.2173955,-75.7755123/@40.2274259,-75.6081437,12z/data=!4m8!4m7!1m5!1m1!1s0x89c69aa12dc8720f:0x817453981c9ba83c!2m2!1d-75.510448!2d40.206766!1m0
