Counselors:
Anyone with experience seeking approval of local ordinances that are more stringent than those adopted by the State under the Clean Air Act? 27A O.S. §2-5-103 requires that cities with populations of less than 300,000 cannot enforce more stringent ordinances regarding air pollution unless and until the ordinances are reviewed by the Air Quality Advisory Council and approved "as to its reasonableness and technical feasibility." I'd like to visit with anyone who has completed or attempted that process.
Thanks,
Jonathan E. Miller
