Spring Egg Hunt
Spring is
around the corner, and with it comes our annual Egg Hunt. Residents are invited to bring their children
and baskets to the entrance of Vuecrest (at Park and Belfair Road) on Saturday,
March 28th at 11am. Be prepared for eggs,
candy and fun! Keep Vuecrest Safe
The Safety
Committee is currently researching the benefits and drawbacks of installing security
cameras at the entrances of Vuecrest. Another less expensive option under consideration is the placement of
cameras on individual properties throughout the neighborhood. Keep Vuecrest Beautiful
The right-of-way is the section of
property extending 10-20 feet beyond the street, often into what appears to
be private property. Although the
right-of-way is owned by the City of Bellevue, maintaining it is the responsibility of the owner. Making this area of yard care a priority
benefits the entire community. This is
especially important for properties that are highly visible throughout Vuecrest. Thanks for your cooperation.Neighborhood Enhancement
After a five year hiatus, Bellevue's
Neighborhood Enhancement Program returns.
This valuable City program provides funding to improve the vitality of our local neighborhoods. Capital projects are submitted
for consideration, and then voted upon by area residents for their top priorities. Do you have an inspiration to improve
Vuecrest? Please share your ideas at directors@vuecrest.net.Lost or Found Pets
In recent
weeks, Foxy the cat was reunited with her owners after a month's separation. If you lose or find a pet in Vuecrest, send
information to everyone@vuecrest.net so we can alert the Community to help with an expeditious reunion.Monthly Board Meetings
The next Board meeting will be held by Jennifer
and Doug Rasar (9400 Vineyard Crest) on Thursday, April 2nd at 7pm.
Vuecrest residents are always welcome to attend.
