Here's the latest on Wild Wind IV:
As I spoke on the telephone this morning with Dennis Raedeke, Wild
Wind IV was passing under the Prescott-Odgensburg bridge on the St.
Lawrence River.

Dennis says he has learned not to run up-river again on the St.
Lawrence. The current against Wild Wind IV chopped its normal
flat-water cruise speed of 9.3 knots down to 3.8 knots on occasion.
Dennis says they'll overnight at Kingston and then press on to find
an anchorage near False Duck Island where the river exits Lake
Ontario.

By Monday, Wild Wind IV should be in Whitby, by Tuesday, in Toronto,
and then, after a change of crew, head across Lake Ontario on
Thursday for a transit of the Welland Canal on Friday.

I'm looking forward to joining the crew in Toronto for the canal transit.
Dennis is on a mission to make Lake Superior and Isle Royale by Augst 6.
