On Monday morning, there will be a car commercial shoot in our neighborhood.
Since it will involve the public right-of-way only, it is under the
jurisdiction of the City of Bellevue.

Here is email from the production company:

Hi Jonathan,

Thank you so much for your response and for the assistance with neighborhood
outreach.

We completely understand any concerns about access to and from the
neighborhood and the privacy of the residents. To be clear, the filming will
be focused on our picture car, with the background in soft focus and very
non-descript. We would never see any house numbers or other identifying
elements.

While we are not closing any streets, we would need to ask traffic to hold
momentarily while we do a filming run. We have hired off-duty Bellevue
Police officers to assist with this intermittent traffic control activity.
It should never be more than a brief wait of 2-3 minutes for someone trying
to leave or return while the filming is happening.

Here are the specifics again:

PRODUCTION COMPANY: Bandito Brothers

LOCATION MGR: Craig Stewart - mobile: 206-818-6357

SHOOT DAY: Monday 8/17

SHOOT TIME: We are still trying to determine the specific time of day, most
likely after 10AM that day. Filming will only last about 2-3 hours that day.

STREET LOCATIONS: Hilltop Rd and Park Rd.

DESCRIPTION: Film our picture car driving with camera car following or
leading.

We would kindly ask the neighborhood to park their cars in their garages and
driveways during this time. It will also be necessary to post some "no park"
barricades on the north half of Hilltop Rd to insure that this area is clear
of cars during the shoot time.

We are working closely with the City of Bellevue on this activity in your
neighborhood and many other areas of Bellevue. We are waiting to hear back
from WSDOT on one of other locations for Monday 8/17, once that has been
determined we can firm up the time we would be proposing for your
neighborhood. Once we know this, I'll draft a formal notification letter
that could be sent out to the neighbors in this community.

I've attached a site-map highlighting the areas we interested in. Please
feel free to forward this informational email & site-map on to the rest of
the neighborhood and encourage anyone that has a question or concern to
reach out to me or Craig Stewart. Once I have more information I'll follow
up with you again.

Thank you very much for your help!

Ken
