I'm facing the issue that video is just working if I place the call from
the cli client to the telephone. If I place the call the opposit way
arround, from the telephone to the cli client I don't get video.

I did vid enable + vid acc autorx on + vid acc autotx on

I doubt I can help in the end but it might be helpful to have the logs and a wireshark trace of the sip messages. It would at least answer the question if the other side offered video when it called your pjsip client.
