All,

With the rise of ransomware attacks on local governments, our community is looking into contingency planning to ensure services and communications within government are minimally affected in the event such attack would leave our systems inoperable. Has anyone explored this, especially as it relates to communications within the government and your state's open records/FOIA  and record retention requirements. It is difficult to find what other communities have done on this, as it's not something we typically advertise to the public. Thanks for your time.
