About the Artist
Loren Lukens http://www.lorenlukens.com/home.html is well known by
American ceramics collectors for his "Functional aesthetic porcelain
pottery: art for everyday living." (If you've glazed anything at TCC, you may
also know of him through his eponymous glaze, Lukens' Red -  😍)

Event Schedule
This will be a full day, demo-based (not hands-on) event.

*10:00 - 1:00    *
Demonstrations of throwing and altering, slipcasting, pulling handles, slab
and handbuilding.

*2:00 - 4:00      *
Slideshow, unloading of the slipcast pieces, trimming and assembling,
squeeze art, and glaze spraying.

Suggested Donation
$5 for students, $10 for non-students. All donations raised will go to fund
future TCC Clay Club events, but suggested really means suggested. Don't
even think about staying home for lack of funds - we got you.

We hope to see you there!
The studio can hold 40 people, there will be snacks, so be here early.
