Would you like to use your knowledge and skills to to make a huge impact on local children as you act as a role model to help them achieve personal growth? As the arts director, you will build relationships, instill confidence, and provide opportunities for growth and improvement by overseeing the development and operations of arts programs in Elementary Schools and Middle School Community Learning Centers (CLCs). If hired for this position, you will plan, deliver, and support new, emerging, and existing arts programming. You will ensure high quality participant-focused programs through innovative program development and evaluations. You will provide leadership and support for performing arts productions, visual arts exhibitions, and events. You will also recruit, develop and support assigned staff and volunteers.
