VIRTUAL GATOR FITNESS CHALLENGE UPDATE (through day 2 of week 10):

Here's how we're progressing through the first 2 days of week 10...

OVERALL WEEK 10 TOTALS:

• Week 10 goal: 300 hours

• Total time logged: 70:40 (24% of week 10 goal)

• Week 10 pace: 247:21 (82% of week 10 goal)

DAILY TOTALS:

• Tuesday 5/26:

◦ Athletes reporting: 27

◦ Total time reported: 25:27

• Monday 5/25:

◦ Athletes logging time: 30... BEST!

◦ Total time logged: 45:13... BEST!

Do whatever it takes to stay motivated and stay fit!  30-60 minutes/day is
all it takes... You'll still have the remaining 96%-98% of your time for
everything else!

Also, reminder that we do have a 60 minute club Zwift "stay together"
ride/workout TONIGHT at 7pm.  See "Event" for details...
