- As a Board, are we fully compliant with changes brought on by Texas Senate Bill 1588?
- Have we completed a schedule of fines to accompany the amendment recently passed that gives the board unrestricted right to fine? homeowners as they deem reasonable?
- Explanation for law/policy of boards ability to come on homeowners property without written notice and/or approval of homeowner.
- What, if any, is the Board’s policy for responding to homeowners written requests and/or questions?
