Hello Gators,
In case you did not catch the post on Facebook, attached is our weekly
workout schedule for July through September. Any changes from the
April-June calendar are shown in red including...
Addition of Wednesday evening run workouts starting on July 11 with our
new club running coach Karen Dunn.
Start times added for Tuesday and Thursday night rides... Will be 6:30pm
through the end of July, but we're bumping up the start times starting in
August due to, I hate to say it the day after our longest day of the
year... earlier darkness (boo!). Note that we'll be back inside by the
final week of September unless there is group consensus to cut out of work
early that week for an earlier ride time.
We're making the Blue Marsh OWS / bike ride a weekly option on Saturday
mornings starting now. We can decide on a week to week basis to cancel if
needed due to weather conditions or other key events (such as IRONMAN Lake
Placid weekend).
