Dear Colleagues, The dates and locations for the NCL Literacy Leadership Awards event and the fall Members' Meeting are now set. - Literacy Leadership Awards: Wednesday, October 4, 5:00-7:00 pm in the Rayburn House Office Building, Room 2043. - Fall Members' Meeting: Thursday, October 5, 9:00 am - 3:30 pm at the American Library Association Washington office, 1615 New Hampshire Avenue NW. As you know, we usually hold these events during Adult Education and Family Literacy Week. This year we have moved them to the following week to coincide with the CEF Gala on Tuesday, Oct 3 and to avoid scheduling overlaps with the ProLiteracy Conference and the COABE Hill Day activities.
