Recreational Vehicle Storage in Vuecrest
With summer just around the corner, we’re already dreaming of outdoor activities. So, here’s a reminder of the boat and recreational vehicle restrictions within Vuecrest. If you’re getting ready for an outing and must temporarily park on the street to load up, be sure to plan ahead because the 24 hour Bellevue City parking restrictions apply. When parking for longer than 24 hours, the Vuecrest CC&R’s restrict recreational vehicles to “out of view” garage storage.
“No trucks over 8,000 pounds gross vehicle weight, camper bodies whether on or off a vehicle, trailers, boats, motor homes, or mobile homes shall be kept upon said Property except inside of garages.” -Vuecrest CC&Rs April 2005
Keeping Up with Bellevue
Bellevue is making it easier for us to see exactly what is going on in our neighborhood and nearby adjacent areas. We suggest visiting the City of Bellevue website often. Particular areas of interest include the Major Project List showing the upcoming new buildings in development for the city center and the new Geocortex Viewer that will show you the city’s capital construction projects. You’ll find both of these under the “Development Services” Department heading or click the links below.

Bellevue Jazz
In its 12th year, the Bellevue Jazz & Blues Festival will host 40 live shows at venues across the city Wednesday, May 29, through Sunday, June 2. Tickets for the Bellevue Downtown Association event, the Eastside's premier showcase of top national and regional artists, are on the BDA (Bellevue Downtown Association) website. Headliner Davina and the Vagabonds will play Friday night at the Meydenbauer Center Theatre. The Bad Plus, the festival's other headliner, will take the Meydenbauer stage Saturday.
