I have a city that has property and is considering allowing the chamber build a building on the property and enter into a long term lease for a nominal amount. Do any of your cities have a similar arrangement with a local chamber? I would appreciate your thoughts, dos and don'ts, and insights on an arrangement of this type. If you have an agreement in place that you would share, that would be appreciated as well.
