I know this is a weird question, but do any of your cities have a policy regarding when it is appropriate for the City to provide employee/councilor meals or food?

Our council meetings are at 6:30 pm and we provide dinner to our Councilmembers and staff required to attend.

We have an unwritten policy for employees.  If they are required to attend training outside of Norman, the City pays for lunch.
