Good afternoon LSR,

As we do to keep our neighborhood secure, we rotate and change the vendor gate code.

Effective Feb. 1st, the new vendor code will be 168116. This code replaces the current code 015611. This old code will remain in effect through Feb. 28th.

This will allow enough time for communication of the new code to your vendors and support services personnel.

Remember to punch in the key 🔑 symbol prior to entering in the new vendor code 168116.

The New Vendor Code is: 015618

Effective July 10th, the new vendor code will be 015618. This code replaces the current Gate Code 168116. This old code will remain in effect through July 31st.

This will allow enough time for communication of the new code to your vendors and support services personnel.

Remember to punch in the key 🔑 symbol prior to entering in the new vendor code 015618.

I have been observing a lot of tailgating at the entrance gate. Some don’t even pretend to enter the access code. Others go around the circle and follow you in the gate. I feel that this behavior is rendering the gate useless.

I think we should consider adding an arm to the entrance gate that will allow access to only one car at a time.
