There will be aerodynamic advantage at lower velocities.  The biggest
contribution of the aero Lift is that it comes with insignificant drag
penalties and reduces the hydrodynamic Lift AND drag required to support the
hull.  Overall any aero Lift that is supplied results in significantly
reduced hydrodynamic drag due to reduced wetted surface....net advantage!
Our "Tunnel Boat Design Software" resolves the complex dynamic balance of
aero and hydrodynamic forces acting at any velocity...it's complicated, but
even lower velocities see some advantages.
