Counselors:
City has been sued in a matter challenging denial of requested zoning and asserting that denial of requested zoning constituted a regulatory taking. I am looking for an expert on municipal planning and an expert who can address impact of zoning constraints on property use and its impact on value. I would appreciate any suggestions on potential witnesses.

Jessi Stringer is the City of Collinsville Planner. She spoke at OML in one of the classes I attended/presided over, on planning and zoning issues. She may be able to help you somehow or point you in a particular direction? Just a thought.
