Good morning, A member indicates they are experiencing an increase in incidents where their EMS employees have been assaulted and injured as a result of aggressive patient encounters. They would like to know whether other jurisdictions are dealing with this issue where their EMS employees are being assaulted by patients and if so, are you pursuing prosecution of the patients or responding in some other fashion?
