You are so right! We love seeing the kids. A good time to remind all, especially those with younger drivers that Halloween there will be lots of kids and parents walking from house to house. Since we have essentially a closed loop with a couple of side streets that end with cul de sacs so we generally have a large number of walkers. Hard to know this year!
