Date/time:                  Apr 10, 2006 12:00 local
Position at noon:        00033' S & 131022' E
Noon to noon:            155 nm
Avg. speed:                6.5  kts
Miles to go                  511 nm
Course bearing:            0520 T
Sea state & wx:            Long NNW swells, wind 0 to 15 kts in the last 24
Crew                          Ben, Brad, Kevin & Jim Farrell
Goal:                          Palau in 4 days, Maybe 3

Remarks:

Near the Pacific Equator. Out of Indonesia now
and across to Palau.  Away from the Islands we
can now
feel the smooth easy swells of the Pacific.

Fortunately we have enough water for 2 showers a
day in the hot climate. Sometimes the weather is
a little warmer than comfortable but a little
breeze out on the back deck gives the best
climate in the world and out there at night, at
sea is hillbilly heaven.

Ben, Brad, Kevin & Jim
