GATOR DONE VIRTUAL RELAY, PART 2... CYCLING! We had so much fun and success with this past Saturday's "Gator Done Fun Run 14 Hour Virtual Relay" that we've decided to see if there is enough interest to do it again, this time with bikes (outdoors or indoors on a trainer), on Saturday, May 16! If you are interested in paticipating, please post a comment by this Thursday, May 7 INCLUDING THE RANGE OF START TIMES WHEN YOU CAN RIDE and we'll determine on Friday if there is enough interest to proceed. So what is your commitment if you participate? Basically you are committing to ride for (at least) one hour beginning at the top of an hour starting sometime between 6am and 7pm (with the event ending at 8pm). At the end of your hour, you'll stop and "pass the virtual baton" to the next rider via a comment on the Facebook post we'll put up that day (and if you are riding for more than an hour, you can definitely continue after you pass the baton). Anything that you do beyond that (e.g. we had lots of photos and videos enhancing the baton passing 🙂) is up to you! And if we have a strong turnout, we can definitely support more than one rider per hour! We'll take as many of you as would like to participate! Also, if you want to partner up with your non-Gator significant other and/or your kiddos, that's fantastic and we welcome them as well! No need to let us know about that now...
