Hi neighbors - Looking forward to having you join your Community Association tonight for the Budget Ratification and Annual meetings. We will begin with the budget ratification being presented by our Treasurer, Stevie Bathiche and our management partner at propVIVO, Nitin Dixit. The budget was adopted by the association board through a motion in their October meeting. Under Washington law, the budget is automatically ratified unless it is rejected by at least a majority of the total voting power, whether or not a quorum is present. Immediately after the budget ratification, we will adjourn this meeting and call to order the Annual Meeting. We will need a few minutes of your patience at the beginning of the Annual Meeting as we do a roll call and confirm a quorum. Please log in with your proper name so we can quickly identify you as a homeowner. After logging in, you will be entered directly into the meeting on mute. We ask that you allow the directors, treasurer, and chairs to present their reports, and hold your questions until the Q&A at the end of the Annual meeting.
