Citation Authority testing

Hi all,

I did about 45 minutes of testing on qa.collectionspace.org, and the Citation Authority contribution from SMK looks great to me! Many thanks to our colleagues at SMK and to Aron for getting this set up for us to test.

Megan, do you need to do some review to give final approval? I'm not sure what the next steps are.
