Colleagues,
This is a little bit off the ‘ranch’, but:
Can anyone point me to someone who has knowledge/experience re: the following:
Oklahoma Rancher owns a section of land.
Rancher leases the adjacent section of land.
There is no fence between the two sections of land ie: (one big pasture).
Owner of adjacent section sold it to Buyer. (didn’t even contact Rancher who had leased it for 50+ years).
Buyer wants Rancher’s cattle off his newly purchased section.
Who can compel who to do what?
IE: who builds the separation fence line & who pays for it?
