LSR, trust you enjoyed the long weekend and the rain we are getting. Here's the latest update on our Trash and Recycle pickup. The HOA renewed our contract with Waste Connections. That contract amount is $64.01 per quarter per household. That amount does not include taxes. For those that have paid higher rates since July, adjustments will be made to your bill to allow for the variance from the $64.01. You will still be billed directly from Waste Connections. If you need additional 96 gallon containers, the cost per container per month is $10. Bulk pickup will be provided as before with consideration for additional containers placed in our neighborhood.
