The 15' happens regularly there, after each rain.

But ever since I rotated my anchor light to show UNDER the radar unit
instead of above it, I clear 14.5 easy.  I generally ignore clearances, but
one day that will ...  oh never mind.

Later today or tomorrow, I'm going to finish up a page on Canal Corp's
methods of cleaning lawnmowers and post it, you'll learn some stuff you
never thought of before.  It'll be quite educational.
