Happy Tuesday LSR,

Trust everyone is having a great week.

Thank you each for being mindful when you drive of more children out playing and crossing the streets.    They are our future.

What a great community to be part of.  Each of you make this a great place.  More people are out walking and enjoying the somewhat sunny days.

While you are out walking, Stop in and  attend the May homeowners meeting.  It will be held this coming Wednesday , the 15th at 7:00 pm.  It will be held at the home of Reid and Pamela Cain. 27614 Heritage Pass.

Signs will be posted as reminders at the front gate.

Agenda to include:

Values in Action / Safety Stories/ Success Stories from the community
Homeowners forum
April Minutes approval
April Financial review and approval
Committee updates to include upcoming events.  Music in the Park, Movies in the Park, the last day of school and much more.
New Business-
Updates on Phase 2 of the back exit.

Yard of the Month is now going on. Get out there and trim those bushes, pull those weeds and plant those flowers.  A sign will be posted in someone’s yard.  I hope it’s yours.
