Dear all, We are off to a good start to the season. It is nice to see more and more boats showing up on the line each week. Another gentle reminder about PHRFs. : If you don't have a current PHRF certificate you will not be scored If you subsequently get a PHRF you will be scored in races that occur after the date of you PHRF issue (no more back-scoring as this has caused problems with having to recalc past results). If you recently got your PHRF and have not been scored, please notify the scorer (me) and fleet secretary (Lee Luce) so we can update our records. We will correct the scoring and re-post for the races for which you have had a valid PHRF. Please note it is your responsibility to inform us of your new PHRF cert or any change to your rating. Prior to the first race, we download the ratings from the HRYRA website, but all subsequent boats must be added manually by the scorer. And while I do check the HRYRA site frequently, I may miss a new boat or a rating change. Sincerely, Eric A.
