Cruisers Thanksgiving in St. Marys ... a Must Do!

Hi folks,

This year was the 13th Annual Cruisers Thanksgiving in St. Marys, GA.

It runs a week and has a farmer's market, chili cook-off, oyster roast, pancake breakfast, evening socials, nautical flea market, and of course, the main event ... Thanksgiving dinner!

The festivities are basically free; the whole town really gets behind it and cruisers only contribute side dishes, snacks to pass, BYOB or cash bar, etc.

If you can make it, it's a wonderful time afloat to spend with your "second" family of fellow cruisers.

Diana and I recommend it heartily. There is a large anchorage and Lang's Marina can usually find space for anyone wanting a slip.
