Hi all, Just an FYI that as a precautionary measure we adjusted prices on the uniform store to a higher priced tier in order to better set expectations if we end up with less than the expected number of items. If we collectively order enough items the prices will adjust downward. Final pricing adjustments will reflect once we close the store, and you will know your final price when you submit final payment. If you already submitted an order you are still able to adjust it by logging into the LG store up until we close the order in approximately two weeks. Sorry for the confusion. Hi All, Some quick notes on the uniform order that is open right now: 1. The final fitting session is this Wednesday 1/29 during the Trainingpeaks seminar. It'll start at about 6:45PM. This is your last chance to try on items. Thursday everything gets shipped back to Louis Garneau. 2. The order will close on Sunday, February 2nd. So if you want any items you will need to place your orders by then. Reminder, at this time the ordering process does not require payment. That will be requested the week of February 2nd. I'm attaching to this email the full Louis Garneau custom catalog for your reference. All known item details are in there. Warning, the offering is huge, so you'll need to look through for the specific items that are being offered. We do not offer the full catalog as that would be impossible to manage. The items we do offer were chosen based on value, fit, and based on past experience on what people actually have ordered. If by chance there is something from the catalog that you absolutely want that is not offered on our store, please email me and let me know. If there is a firm commitment to an item I'm not opposed to getting it on the store so it can be ordered, but you would need to let me know immediately. 4. Gators, FYI tonight is the final deadline for uniform orders. Please get them in. WITH THAT SAID, I've discovered that the store is a little strange when it comes to adding/ordering more items if you have the need to adjust a previously submitted order. WHATEVER SHOWS IN YOUR CART when you login is what will be ordered. So if you went back in and removed items or added more items whatever the cart shows is what gets ordered. If you've already submitted your order then don't worry, I'm sure it's fine, but if you've gone back in and tried to add more items you may have removed everything prior from your order by accident. ACTION ITEM for those who did try to add more items - please log back in and verify that your cart shows everything you intend to order. If it doesn't, add back in what no longer shows up. Don't panic, when we re-open the store for payment this week after finalization I can still make manual adjustments if necessary, and you'll know 100% what is in your order when you are asked to submit payment. If it's not correct at that time, let me know and I can get it resolved. Also, we are extremely close to 100 items on the order, so prices may come down. Prices will NOT go up under any circumstances. Any final questions let me know. Thanks for your cooperation in making this a success.
