I haven't had a lot of time on my hands lately, so I have been doing body weight circuits during my lunch break. This is what I've been doing http://www.mensfitness.com/training/cardio/8-amazing-fat-burning-intervals?page=2. If you're not getting better you are getting worse.

Still stronger than I started tho

Ask yourself what are your goals and are you meeting them

Who's working out today? I just had a stomach bug yesterday and still gonna go squat today
