Observers:        Carol Pitts, Ed Pitts, Jim McCoy, Kory Renaud,
Mike Fitzpatrick, Sarah Renaud

Visitors:
I think everyone who came out for the hawk saw a Minimum of one Golden
Eagle!

Weather:
Northerly winds for most of the day, switching to mmore easterly for the
last hours. Anywhere from full cloud, to almost no cloud at all.

Raptor Observations:
Another good day today with 1527 total raptors being counted. Vultures were
back to the most numerous today with 794, but also still really good
flights of Red-shoulders (146) and Red-tails (498). Also 7 Rough-legs.
Highlights of the day included 22 Golden Eagles (at one point 4 were
visible in one binocular view), and the second Dark Morph Red-tailed Hawk
of the season.

Non-raptor Observations:
A group of Ross's Geese flew over as I was headed for the stairs at the end
of the day. High numbers of Tundra Swans (325) were counted moving east
throughout the day. An estimated 4750 American Crows migrated today as
well. Non-raptor highlight of the day was the seasons first Cave Swallows!
A group of 3 were noticed as they flew in front of my binoculars while
counting a group of Vultures and Buteos. Additionally, 43 Eastern
Bluebirds, 47 American Robins, and 2 Purple Finches were counted migrating.
