I upgraded my REVERSO from the impellor model to their gear driven model seven years ago. The new REVERSO was a direct fit replacement for their entry level model and I could not be more pleased. Previously I experienced multiple failures which was a big PITA. I honestly do not know why builders of premium boats spec anything less than the gear driven model?
