Tri Club: Thursday and Saturday Workouts

Hello Gators,Just a reminder that things are changing up a bit for Thursday nights and Saturday mornings starting this week...Thursday nights (through December): Run strength workout led by rotation of Danny and Byron.  This workout will take place on the indoor track starting at 7:30pm and will run for 60-90 minutes.Saturday mornings (until April unless we end up getting a warm morning): Bike trainer/run brick led by Don M.  This 75-90 minute bike trainer workout workout will begin at 7:30am in Room 2 and the 15-30 minute run will be "on your own" on the indoor track, outdoor track, or treadmill.  We'll accompany the workout by either music or video, so if you have any suggestions, please send them to me.
A new club workouts and events calendar with the entire schedule has been posted on Facebook.  We'll update it as needed, so if you need the big picture of what's coming up, be sure to check the Facebook group under "Files".
PS - No changes to the rest of the workout schedule including Monday and Wednesday morning and evening swims and Tuesday evening spin/strength workouts.  And we may occasionally post additional workouts (e.g. Sunday morning runs, mountain bike rides, etc.).
