Hi Daun, et.al. First off, great to see you a few weeks ago, thanks for the stuff! We have already "distributed" some of the goodies. What a rainstorm that day! Whew! As to the French guy: Years ago I would have been way more on-the-alert for potential soft penetration by foreign intelligence people. These days: college students use social media for all kinds of connections, and I think this guy is just "thinking out of the box". If the questions were more specific, or get that way, then no-go. But he may just be looking for a job. Since something like 80% of RF engineers in the USA are 45 or older, he is fishing in the right pond..... I work with college students in the day job, as you know, and so would be more inclined to pass him along to commercial people, he would not be able to work for defense folks anyway due to foreign national.
