Franklin’s Gull relocated 5:15pm out on tidal sandbar off Short Beach. Scope needed. Viewed from here: (41.1626054, -73.1093433) It is to S (right) of stone turret, and next to a partially buried tire in the sand. Light rain starting to fall now.
