Just to clarify D3 has just as much importance and is very much
acknowledged.Dave had D3 working well Thursday night obviously you were
absent so wouldn't have witnessed this. D2 players will be named on the D3
bench as I see fit depending on health/fitness/cover etc of the player
starting in there position.Dave and Mark have been working together on the
D3 side.

Quins,
These are great points. I definitely agree D3 is equally important. For
instance, the last Quin team to make playoffs was actually the D3. Having a
D3 is one of biggest differences between the Quins and other clubs. In
many cases, the line between D3 and D2 is very thin. Each side pushes the
other to get better. There are 2-3 players on today's D2 roster that began
their Quin career on the D3 side, these moves are great for the growth of
the club. I started out as a "B-side" player back in the day. Having a
B-side helped me learn the game of rugby and eventually earn a spot on the
"A-side". The Quins have always, and will always, value player development.
Reminder, D2 players are always expected to support the D3 during their
match. And likewise for D3 supporting D2.
Go D3, Go D2, Go Quins!
Cheers,
Casey

The max number of allowed D2 subs should be playing in all D3 games when
possible. With our current numbers, we certainly are not in a position to
turn away experienced players from D3. Plus the D2 subs need the game time
as well.
On another note, D3 should be equally as important as D2. At the minimum,
I am sure that the D3 players would appreciate if their match was at least
acknowledged when lineups come out. We may not be there yet, but it would
also be nice if we could get back to naming the D3 side as well sometime
down the road.

Can the D2 reserves play in the D3 game? Do we have numbers for a full D3
side without any of the D2 reserves?
On a different note, anyone coming from the Highlands Ranch/DTC area that
could pick me up close to the Arapahoe & Quebec intersection?
