He casts a wide net stylistically, blending rich jazz harmony, funky rhythmic sensibility, melodic phrasing and a love of interesting tone and texture. Brian is currently a member of Greta Matassa’s quintet, and in recent years performed with Teatro Zinzanni, Bill Anschell Quartet, Lee Oskar and Friends, Joe Doria and the late Jim Knapp’s SCRAPE.
