Sunken Island -- The COMMON EIDER was also seen here (better views than Pine Creek Beach; seen with Aidan and Erika Kiley) as well as 1 flyby RED-NECKED GREBE. Jennings Beach -- 2 REDHEAD (male/female), seen extremely well (in the company of a flock of Greater Scaup and Bufflehead). Central Village, Quinebaug Fish Hatchery -- Return trip in the afternoon with Tim Thompson -- WILSON'S SNIPE (3), WINTER WREN, BROWN CREEPER, YELLOW-BELLIED SAPSUCKER, SWAMP SPARROW (3).
