Crew:                  Ben, Brad, Kevin & Kurt
Remarks:
Constant cloud & fog, but wind under 23 kts so, a nice trip.
Brad saw a very big ship this morning that was traveling
very fast.  We are trying to finish our Japanese history,
& war stories.  Then, the small bit we have on Eastern Russian
history.  Now reading about The Forgotten War by Stan Cohen
which is a pictorial history of the War in the Aleutians in
the early 40s.
Saw the sun twice just before noon; good enough to get a sextant
shot of it if we had the knowledge.  Jason Fimrite had given me
a sextant and a how-to book, but I haven't learned yet.
It will make a nice showpiece on the mantle in years to come.
Heading east and a very little south now, so days not getting
Longer.  When we turn north of Attu, we will gain quickly again.
We are still 190 nm or 350 kilometers south of Grande Prairie.
We would like their weather, but it's warm in the wheelhouse, and
the food is good.
