I have several sets of the Chinese ones from Ebay.  They are actually pretty good.  You can't beat them for the money.  They do use a metal spring to close the clips,  so if you are doing high freq LRC/AC type measurements,  they are not quite as good as the ones that use rubber.

Hi,

I took a punt on one of those kelvin clip sets of three on ebay, said copper clips, but I took one and filed on the back near the point where I would solder on the wire instead of screwing down, and the material was brass.
