Cross winds haven't been much of a problem with our Endeavour TC
I still think that the 44 is the best overall value. You can
certainly arrange with Endeavour to have an extensive sea trial on a 40
before you make any decisions. If you do it on a windy day, you can see
first hand what the wind effects are.
Good luck - Ron

I know I wouldn't take the Endeavour 44 across the ocean, but is it a good
Caribbean cruiser? Island hopping down to Grenada? Don't know if the tanks
are big enough for that, or if it can handle the conditions there...
(I saw the 44 at the Miami Boat Show and was impressed...)

Hi All
Could I respectfully remind those posting on the site -
If you change the topic - change the "Subject" line otherwise searching
archives becomes impossible.
At the moment "Cancelled subscriptions" covers more than I would have
thought.
