Hi all OK...a few things to clear up. 1. There seems to be a need for the previous list to be distributed. I cannot do that because of email restrictions. Tom, can you distribute that again so folks can see who WAS on the previous list? 2. The previous list did include some healthcare professionals and others who do not live in LR and do not come into LR to work. That is not really the purpose of this list and is gets more complicated. With that in mind, I would like to limit this list. When I volunteered to prepare a list and maintain it, I wanted to promote our residents (both home and community business owners). Of course, that includes teens/young adults who live in the neighborhood. Someone else could certainly get approval to compile and distribute a list of businesses LR residents recommend. That might be a great service to all. 3. In addition to promoting our neighbors, the list of vendors who come into the neighborhood helps us find trusted people who provide home related services. We depend on good repair and maintenance services so it is helpful to know who our neighbors recommend. I surely do not want to offend anyone by not including outside businesses we like. I just want to do a good job with my little piece, promoting our neighbors and keeping our neighborhood safe and well maintained by trusted businesses. Thanks so much!
