Trust everyone is having a great start to the week.

A huge shout out to all those involved in the Spring Celebration.  Wow, what a great event.  It just keeps getting better every year.  Thank you Patty, Mari, Courtney Sonny, Sharon and so many more that helped with movie setup, music, games, food, drinks, egg hunts, table and chairs setup and tear down.  You define LSR as a great place to live.

Plan on attending the April homeowners meeting.  It will be held this coming Wednesday, the 18th at 7:00 pm.  It will be held at the home of Reid Cain.  27614 Heritage Pass.

I also want to give a huge shout out to Diana Carroll.  She was inadvertently left off the original email for her commitment and energy she brought to the Easter event.  Thank you Diana and again, great job by all.  Approx. 215 attended our Spring Celebration.

“ if you want happiness for 10 minutes, drink a cup of coffee.  If you want happiness for an hour, take a nap.  If you want happiness for a week, go on vacation.  If you want happiness for a year, inherit or win a fortune.  But if you want happiness for a lifetime, help somebody be successful.”
