We are currently at Riverview Marine Services..  In Catskill, NY...a great place...about 35 south of the Erie Canal, hoping to continue our Great Loop journey.

Does anyone know the current status of the Canal starting at its beginning in Troy, NY?

The canal is open up to Lock 7. The inside scoop, from someone stuck in Lock 11, says next Thursday for the rest.
