Hello Gators,Since we have a few out of the ordinary activities this week, I wanted to make sure everyone was aware of the schedule...Today, 4/6:7:45pm-8:15pm: Swim Seminar (conducted by Kinetic PT) will take place in the Corporate Conference Room (down the hall between the two gyms). Will include information on injury prevention and relaxing in the water.We also have our usual morning and evening swim workouts.Tuesday, 4/7: Assume an outdoor ride unless we communicate a change in plan due to weather.6pm-7:30pm (outdoors) or 7:30pm-8:30pm (indoors): Weather permitting we will meet at the Oaks/Pawlings Rd. SRT parking lot (note the different location) at 5:45pm for a 6pm start. The workout will include some short bike intervals (approx. 60 minutes) followed by a 30 minute group run on the Schuylkill River Trail. If you do not hear from us again, this will take place. We will check the weather forecast late tonight or early tomorrow and will send a note via Facebook and/or e-mail if we have to move indoors. If we do move indoors, the workout will be an indoor spin (7:30pm-8:15pm)/indoor run (8:15pm-8:30pm) combo.8:30pm-9:15pm - YOGA RETURNS! Regardless of indoor or outdoor early workout, we will resume yoga classes (led by Maribeth) on Tuesdays. They will take place in the same Studio 202 room where we have been having Tuesday night strength/core workouts.Wednesday, 4/8: The usual morning and evening swim workouts.Thursday, 4/9: Assume an outdoor ride unless we communicate a change in plan due to weather.6pm-7:40pm (1st option): Meet at Oaks/Egypt Rd./New Mill Rd. trail parking lot at 5:45pm for this bike ride.7:45pm-9:30pm (backup option): If the weather will not permit an outdoor ride, we will move back indoors (Room 1 at the front of the Y) for a trainer ride.Saturday, 4/11: Assume an outdoor ride unless we communicate a change in plan due to weather. Whether we are indoors or outdoors we will have a short (1:30) and long (4:00) bike option. The brick run will immediately follow in either case.7:30am start (1st option): Meet at Oaks/Egypt Rd./New Mill Rd. trail parking lot at 7:15am for this bike ride/run brick.7:45pm-9:30pm (backup option): If the weather will not permit an outdoor ride, we will move back indoors (Y pool deck) for a trainer ride.
