Gents,
I would like to reiterate the fitness mantra being passed around the list server. We need to hit the ground running this spring to keep our edge.
That said the exec is meeting with a new head coach next week. We will provide the details after that meeting but wanted to let you know that the exec an coaching staff are dedicated to the success of this club.
I hope you all take on the same level of dedication through this break and into the spring.

I am excited for the coming year and all the challenges it will bring. Each new challenge provides us with the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed. If you've been training, keep it up. If you haven't, it's never too late to start; your Quin brothers are counting on you.
Remember to incorporate cardio into ALL your training sessions. Strength is important, but covering the pitch for 80 minutes is paramount.
Fit rugby is fun rugby!
